The next General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 6th December. The agenda will include consideration of adopting new entrances
The EGM called to consider the new entrance policy decided in favour of adopting the policy.
The EGM to consider a new entrance policy has been called for Sunday 9th October. The meeting will be held in person at 11 a.m. in Salisbury Hall, Govilon. The agenda, including the proposed policy, are in the Minutes section of the website (along with the updated draft minutes from the June meeting).

The usual June General Meeting was held on the 22nd June. Draft minutes to follow. The next meeting is planned to be an EGM in mid-September to discuss proposals for changing the entrance policy. This will be followed by our November General Meeting (expected to be held on either the 22nd or 29th November).
